Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Return request must be submitted via WhatsApp or email.
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Used products
- Damaged due to customer handling
- Personal care items (if opened)
Refunds
- For prepaid orders: refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- For COD orders: refund will be transferred to customer’s bank account after approval.
Exchange (accepted within 3 days of delivery)
Exchanges allowed only for:
- Size issues (if applicable)
- Damaged product received
Proof (photo/video) must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
